My order ended up taking longer than I thought it would, and I had to be the one to reach out for updates. Maybe I was being a little impatient, I’m not sure, but the replies came late and it just got frustrating after a while.

I had a feeling early on that this refund was going to be a hassle, and I should’ve trusted my instinct. It ended up taking way too long, and the replies I got were slow and not especially helpful. I had to keep following up just to get things moving, which got frustrating

I reached out to 36apparel a few times about my order and got nowhere. All I got was some automated email, then complete silence. I wasn’t asking for anything complicated, just a basic update, so the lack of response really rubbed me the wrong way. Waiting around for days with no actual reply makes the whole experience feel careless. I don’t think I’d order from them again if this is how they treat customers

My delivery was late for the second time, and it was frustrating. I also felt like I was getting passed around a bit when trying to get an update, which didn’t help. Not sure I’d order from here again...

"Site was frustrating and didn’t live up to what they promised"
I was annoyed using this website. They make it seem like shopping will be quick and easy, but that was definitely not my experience. Pages took forever to load, the filters didn’t work the way they were supposed to, and checkout kept freezing on me. It’s frustrating when a site promises a smooth experience and then can’t even handle the basics.

"Checkout was a mess"
I tried ordering from 36apparel.com, but the checkout process was way more frustrating than it needed to be. I entered all my details, and then the page froze, so I had to start over. Then it happened again, which was already enough to make me rethink the whole order.
This is where it got annoying: when I tried to pay, it wasn’t clear if the payment actually went through or not. I was stuck wondering if I’d been charged, but there was no confirmation or anything helpful. After dealing with that stress for no reason, I just gave up.

"Wish there were more sizes"
I was browsing 36apparel.com some of the designs caught my eye. A couple shirts, especially. But then I started clicking around. Small sizes left here, limited options there. Some pieces didn’t even look like they came in bigger sizes at all.
Kind of frustrating. If you’re not in the usual standard size range, it feels like the choices disappear fast. I probably would’ve bought a few things, but after checking a handful of items, I just gave up. Hopefully they add more sizes soon

I don’t know what happened on their end, but the exchange took forever and I’m still waiting on my refund. It kind of feels like they’re dragging their feet, which is frustrating when all I wanted was a simple return.

"Felt like I had to beg for basic stock"
I gave it 2 stars because the site itself is fine and easy enough to use, but almost everything I wanted was out of stock. I kept checking back like I was begging for my size to magically appear, and it never did. It gets frustrating seeing items listed when you can’t actually buy them. Just left me annoyed more than anything.

"Pretty disappointed with my order"
I wasn’t really happy with my experience. Everything took longer than I expected, and the whole process just felt disorganized. For the amount of hassle, the order didn’t feel worth it. I expected a lot better from 36apparel.com, so it was disappointing. The wait was kind of ridiculous, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

"Sizing was way off for me"
I ordered my usual size from 36apparel.com, it wasn’t even close. The shirt felt tight around the shoulders but somehow was super long in the body, which made the fit really awkward.
I did check the size chart before buying, so I’m not sure what went wrong. It kind of feels like the measurements are either inaccurate or just not consistent from item to item.
Trying to deal with the return was annoying too, especially with having to verify things over and over again. At this point, it feels like more trouble than it’s worth, so I probably won’t order again. If you’re between sizes, I’d definitely be careful.

"My Skin Was Fighting for Its Life"
I wore this thinking it would be fine, but wow, the fabric felt rough on my skin all day. It was one of those small annoyances that somehow becomes the main event. Definitely not the comfy experience I was hoping for

"Shipping took way longer than expected"
I ordered this thinking it would show up in a reasonable amount of time, but it felt like it took forever. I kept checking the tracking while making coffee in the mornings, and half the time it barely updated, so I had no clue where the package even was or when it was supposed to arrive. By the time it finally got here, I didn’t really need it anymore, which was frustrating. Overall, just an annoying shipping experience.

"Logo started cracking way too soon"
I liked the shirt at first, but the logo started cracking and the print looked faded after just two washes. I reached out to support hoping for a quick fix, but I kept getting passed around in a loop without a clear answer. Disappointing overall.

"Not worth the price"
I don’t feel like this was worth what I paid. The quality was just okay, and I expected a lot more for the price. What annoyed me most was how unclear the communication was about what I was actually getting, so it felt a bit disappointing when it arrived. There’s nothing really special about it, and I wouldn’t buy it again unless it was much cheaper.

"Not worth the price"
I ordered a hoodie from 36apparel, i was let down. The photos made it look nice and sturdy, but in person the fabric felt cheap and thin. For the price, shouldn’t it feel at least a little better?
After just one wash, it already looked worn out, and the stitching started coming loose. How does that even happen so fast? Really disappointing experience, and I don’t see myself buying from them again...
